Are the prices VAT-inclusive?

Yes. Every amount on this page already includes 15% South African VAT. Growth at R1,799 per month is R1,564.35 ex-VAT plus R234.65 VAT. We email a SARS-compliant tax invoice every time you're charged.

How does Spotlight query the AI models?

Through each provider's official API: OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, and Perplexity. We standardise prompts and models so day-over-day numbers are comparable.

Why daily re-runs?

AI models update constantly, both their underlying training and their real-time retrieval. Yesterday's answer is not tomorrow's. Daily snapshots are what make trends meaningful.

Can I track multiple brands on Growth?

Growth covers up to 3 brands. Agencies and multi-brand teams should pick Scale (up to 10 brands), or contact us if you need more.

What if I cancel?

You keep full access until the end of the current billing period, then drop to Free. No refunds for unused time, and annual plans don't pro-rate. You can reactivate any time before the period ends to clear the cancellation.

What happens if a payment fails?

We retry automatically over a 7-day grace window. Your access stays on during grace. If the final retry still fails, the subscription pauses and you drop to Free. No fee, no penalty. Reactivate any time and your data is still there.
